Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Fluxion Digital OÜ collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Fluxion Digital OÜ is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
- Company: Fluxion Digital OÜ
- Registry code: 17462963
- Address: Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia
- Phone: +357 97 558 709
- Email: info@fluxiondigital.io
2. What data we collect
Data you give us. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. Nothing else is requested, and we do not ask for special categories of personal data.
Technical data. Like any website, ours is served over the internet, so our hosting provider automatically processes connection data such as your IP address, browser user agent, and the time of the request. This happens for every page load and is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, spam, and attacks.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit request.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. Web fonts are served from our own domain rather than an external font service, so loading a page sends no data to any third party beyond our hosting provider.
This is why you are not seeing a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent before setting any non-essential cookie.
5. Who else has access
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on one processor to operate this site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, and security. Cloudflare processes the technical data described above on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last exchange with you, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that it is deleted. Technical connection logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period as part of their standard security operations.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see the next section.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing of it;
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@fluxiondigital.io. We will respond within one month. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people at Fluxion Digital who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data we hold.
9. Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
